New deals each week.
And an excellent sale, IMO. Love the deeply discounted mobile ed products! [Y]

Agreed. I wonder what week 2 will bring. Also whether all the deals will be brought back in week 4 if you miss them in week 1!

Wondered the same. Didnt want to chance it though, so I snatched up all the 66% and up savings for this week. Great deals!
Thank you, Paul and Faithlife!
Are week 1 sales going to disappear when week 2 starts?
I stumbled on a page describing discount coupons for use in December and then I could not find it again. It was based on how much was spent this month. I wanted to know if it was just Black Friday or other new purchases in November. Obviously it was not prepub or CP.
https://community.logos.com/forums/t/186032.aspx
So it's just Black Friday then.
The promo seems to cover the whole month of November, rather than one particular day.
The website popup also says "Buy now, and get a coupon to spend in December," so it's apparently already started.
I meant the BF sale and not everything being offered in November. It would be more helpful if it included other things like maybe the Eerdmans sale or anything else I would like to pick up this month. I've got quite a list building up. It would be a better hook if they included stuff not on the BF list as qualified. Maybe someone from FL will chime in on what is worthy of a December coupon.
The way I read this, any "live" purchase on logos.com counts toward your Christmas coupons provided that they do not fall in any of the following categories:
Purchases made during this promotional period do not qualify for a logos.com coupon if any of the following criteria is met:
That is also my understanding. FL, if we are incorrect, please comment
Good game plan. I'll do the same and see how much is left in my budget after week 4 for other Nov. sale items.
It sounds like most things purchased in November will be eligible for the coupon, but it'd be terrific to have confirmation.
Are there new deals every Monday or Fridays? I don't see this weeks as of yet.....
Likely every Friday to Thursday, giving us four full weeks of deals.
Nope. Every Monday according to their banner
That wasn't there before.......still no new deals though
Monday is not yet over.
Considering Black Friday is not until Nov 29, I imagine Week 1 is technically this week (Nov 4-10), leaving
week 2 as Nov 11-17
week 3 as Nov 18-24
week 4 as Nov 25 and following
Likely every Friday to Thursday, giving us four full weeks of deals. Nope. Every Monday according to their banner
The new banner specifies 9 AM PDT. The PDT is presumably an error, given that DST in Washington ended yesterday.
The add states new deals every Monday. In fact, the page reads “Check back at 9:00 am PDT” and it’s past 9am PDT already so something is definitely wrong or they mis advertised something. It happens a lot, it just needs to be fixed and clarified more.
I would guess that they posted week one a few days early. There are 4 deals and 4 weeks in November. But it is a bit unclear with the reference to Monday.
I'm not sure it is the whole month. I've seen this:
https://www.logos.com/christmas-coupon-terms-conditions
The earning period is November 1 at 12:00 AM (PT) through November 18 at 8:59 AM (PT). During this time, you'll earn a discount based on the spending bucket that you fall in:
I'm not sure it is the whole month. I've seen this: Earn Coupons Nov 1 - Nov 18 for Spending
And if week 2 doesn’t start today, week 4 won’t be eligible.
Still, grateful for the rebate, as well as the Black Friday discounts!
And if week 2 doesn’t start today, week 4 won’t be eligible. Still, grateful for the rebate, as well as the Black Friday discounts!
And neither will week 3, given that the earning period ends at 8:59 am PT and week 3 starts a minute later at 9:00 am PT the same day.
Hey everyone,
Here to try and clear up any confusion. First this is not easter, so deals will not be resurrected in the 4th week [;)].
The weeks of deals are as follows:
week 1 is Nov 1 - 11 9 a.m. (PST)
week 2 as Nov 11-18 9 a.m. (PST)
week 3 as Nov 18-25 9 a.m. (PST)
week 4 as Nov 25-28 11:59 p.m. (PST)
Black Friday will run Nov 29 12 a.m. - Dec 1 11:59 p.m. (PST)
Cyber Monday December 2 all day
The Christmas Coupon: Purchases on live products through the first two weeks qualify for the coupon code as stated on the terms and conditions page: https://www.logos.com/christmas-coupon-terms-conditions
Sorry we were trying to make it as clear as we could, but seemed like there was still some confusion.
Week 1 was superb and I purchased quite a few courses and resources.
Week 2 has nothing for me.
Let's hope, week 3 is better again.
Week 3, to quote Logos promotional email, will be "Great Lexham Press discounts"
Im so sad [:'(]
Given the excellent deals and deep discounts from week 1, my expectations were high - perhaps too high - for week 2. Unfortunately, nothing exciting to me for this week. The way week 2 is structured, it doesn't seem like that good of a deal to me. IDK. Maybe I'm just being a pessimist. LOL

I agree, but because the standard has been so high over the last year.
It does have a number of excellent books. If the discounts were better, I would surely buy some.
Another sad thing is that week three cannot be used for the Christmas Coupon.
Week 2 is underwhelming is the nicest way I can put it. Week 4 focus is supposed to be Logos 4 Gold so will be another non event. Hopefully the Lexham Press sale can offer something.
This is what bothers me the most.
On the upside... this week there is no temptation to resist!
Something is not working right with the sale page. It doesn't recognize items I already own and all the discounts are at 0%
Mine is not graying out what I own either. Too difficult to search all one by one even if I want to pay full price to get discount on next level.
FL is working on fixing the add to cart buttons not being grayed out.
EDIT: Looks like the buttons are fixed now. Thanks, FL!
I’m rather underwhelmed by the deals I see in week 2
I wasn't tempted either. Perhaps the next round will be better.
What deals? 😂
Did Logos really expect anyone to buy anything during week 2's "deals"?
I hope they bring back the $4.99 deals by wipf & stock 👍😁👌

probably should have put “deals” in scare quotes
I looked at the Lexham Press resources and I have already most of what I am interested in. And if Week 4 is about Logos 8 Gold, then it also won't help me.
I find that many of the FL deals benefit mainly those with smaller libraries.
This is my observation also. Free book of the month is rarely one I don’t already own. In the case of this sale, only one book in Group A i don’t own and I own the previous edition of that book so not paying full price so I can gain 30% off a cheaper resource in Group B.
I have a fair bit of Lexham Press too so may end up keeping the wallet closed depending on what is actually offered.
We can hope for something interesting on Black Friday or Cyber Monday Armin.
This was certainly my thought also. My expectation for Black Friday was straightforward discounts on individual items - but it seems that you have to buy more than one resource and then take into account particular categories of resource. As a simple soul, I like simple deals for each resource and am put off by arrangements like this. I'm also not buying items that don't appeal to me simply to gain a future 'Christmas coupon'.
Faithlife is of course entitled to present its offerings and discount or not as it wishes - but as for me and my house, the simple offers are more likely to bring this customer to the party. Keep well Paul
I don’t know but I did purchase the third edition of Introduction to the History of Christianity in Group A and Luke’s Christology of Divine Identity in Group B
