Logos 8 Mac is Crashing on Preparing Library Screen

I have had a problem with Logos 8 crashing after the Loading Screen comes up. I have reported the problem to Apple, deleted the App and reinstalled, removed all associated files to Logos and reinstalled the app, restarted my computer and still have the problem. It was this way prior to OS upgrade and now after as well. Removed the Logos App after upgrading the OS. I am running it on a MacBook Pro.

Attached is the logging utility log.

Zip file shows Logos 8.8 SR-1 on macOS 10.15.1 Catalina with LogosError.log showing a TouchPonts database file throwing an error when trying to open. One suggestion is contacting Faithlife Tech Support => https://www.logos.com/contact

Another suggestion is manually replacing Logos 8.8 SR-1 application bundle with Logos 8.9 => https://www.logos.com/install since Logos 8.9 includes a number of bug fixes.

Thank you Keep Smiling for sharing. I deleted everything and installed 8.9.0.30 and it still crashed I have attached the crash report and will contact tech.

Tell us about your Mac version, Logos version and provide some logs.
