[BUG ?]: Prayer list refresh
I saw a few posts on the Forum related to the issue of prayer lists not refreshing unless Logos is restarted every day. Without a restart, the prayers completed the day before still show as completed the next day, even though they should be rescheduled for today.
I still run into this issue on my Mac. Is there a workaround other than restarting Logos every day?

F5, which just refreshes the home page works for me.
Still a bit clunky though.

My MacBook Pro does not have Function keys anymore. And if I go to the Home Page and click Refresh in the menu, it still does not update my prayer list.

Hi Mike,
Many thanks. I learned something new. I guess Function Keys are not that popular on Macs so I haven't used them in years. I will start Logos today and let it run over night. Let's see if F5 does the trick tomorrow.

And now you know where to find them you can use all those style shortcuts in Pages and the like...

I just tried it: F5 does refresh the prayer list on the home page. However, it does not refresh the prayer list in a normal panel.
If I close the prayer panel and reopen it, it shows all prayers under "tomorrow" instead of "today".
So without a restart of Logos, my prayer list does not work properly.

Hi,
It would be great if somebody could try out the following:
- Create a prayer request that repeats daily.
- Tick off the prayer request.
- Don't restart Logos until the next day.
- Check if the prayer request shows up in the Prayer List Panel (not the homepage) under "Today" on the next day.
Many thanks.

Am I the only one who uses prayer lists? [:O]

I don't because they don't meet my needs (or my theology - I get partial answers [;)] )
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

I use them nearly every day and have found them very useful. I usually turn my machine off overnight, though, so I have not noticed the behavior you mention. I will give it a try and see what happens! I use a MAC Book Pro.

Alas, my computer had an issue and had to reboot overnight, so I was not able to complete the experiment successfully. I will try again this evening, if possible.

Thanks, Timothy, for trying it again.

Timothy, have you had a chance to try it?

No, you're not the only one using the prayer list feature. I use it but they've neglected making fixes to it for years. Or they'll make a small fix. The slowness to make changes to things like this feature and their lack of communication is discouraging to many.
