Translating in different languages

Is there anyone who knows a better Translating software or any kind better than google? Google is helpful ,but it would be good if there is better.

I find the results much better than from Google, but it has far less languages available.

Thank you for your help. The above one from Bernhard is very good except that it is restricted to few languages ,which I can profit of one language. But the last from David there is no free trial which I can try.
