Adding Custom Reading Plan as as QuickCard to Dashboard Homepage
I've created several custom reading plans in L8 which I use daily (e.g., Psalms/Proverbs in 3 Months), and I've created quickcards for each on them that I've placed on my Homepage, for easy access. For some reason, one of cards disappeared (perhaps I inadvertently deleted it, but I don't think so). I tried to add it back by clicking on the + icon on the homepage, and then clicking on "Reading Plan". The only options that are available are for the predefined reading plans. None of my custom reading plans appear. I tried creating a new custom reading plan, but it does not appear either. All of my custom reading plans still show up in in my Docs menu, so I haven't lost them, but I no longer can place them as quick cards on the homepage.

Yep, I have the same problem. I can create a custom reading plan but am unable to add it to the dashboard via the "+" i.e. my custom reading plan does not appear in the list of reading plans to add to the dashboard.

The custom reading plan I created with Logos for Windows does note appear as a reading plan I can add as a card to the dashboard of the windows app but I have already been able to add the same reading plan to the dashboards of both my iPhone and iPad Logos apps.

Weird, I just shutdown and restarted Logos and the custom reading plan i made which I couldn't add to the dashboard has now appeared on my dashboard without me adding it to the dashboard!

May i ask how you did that on iphone and ipad?
