Search for a Certain Word Assistance...
I have been searching for this without success:
The word "righteousness" in the book of Romans. I heard someone say that it can be found over 60x in this book, but my search only shows just over 40x....
Is there an easy way to search for this root word in this book to see how many times Paul used it? It is the key word for this book and I'm simply trying to establish an easy way to conduct searches like these.
Thank you!

Depending on the Bible, up to 40x is accurate.
The next option is to seek related words like "just", "righteous", but using Louw-Nida domains e.g. <LN 88.12-19>, <LN 34.46-47>. LN numbers can be found in an English reverse--interlinear bible, or a Greek bible, and they cover a number of Greek words (lemmas).
This provides results up to 52x.
So that has debunked "someone's" theory, unless you can get more details about the Search

My initial take was to look for lemma:δικαιοσύνη which brings 33 results in the NIV in Romans, 34 in the Greek NA28.

Thank you for your response. It is very helpful.
I have so much to learn as it pertains to searching inside Logos.
The reference to <LN 88.12-19>, <LN 34.46-47> is extremely helpful. Is there an easy way to look for "Righteous" and it's variants in Louw-Nida?

Perform a Basic Search of the Louw-Nida lexicon for righteous OR righteousness, but use Gloss Text instead of All Text. When you open the lexicon, you will see related words e.g. 88.12 has the heading Just, Righteous (88.12-88.23). LN 34.47 will lead you to 34.46, etc.
Use the LN numbers with the sense/meaning that you are after.
