To DAL, on smelling desperation, yes, you are so very correct.
Over the Thanksgiving holiday, Amazon was messing up, couldn't get in sometimes, and my purchase became the victim of porch piracy. There was a billing error at first, but that was corrected later. Plus, I've had local community challenges over the last 2 weeks with integrity in services rendered.
Logos is my Hero, and I thought, "oh, no! Not here too!" It's been a devastating two weeks plus. So yes, some desperation. It sounds like the company is "on it," though. Blessings to you, and thank you for your sense of humor.

In the past they have been single use codes. I say this because there've been several posts with people upset that they lost the rest of their funds by not using it all in one transaction. To be safe, use all at once.

I agree with Myke - the email I received referred to a discount "off your next order". I take that to mean just one order.

That way no one gets tempted to use up the coupon and then return their purchases thinking the coupon has already been spent 😂
You all are right, it is single-use, so make sure to use it all at once so you can redeem the full amount.
