Is there a way to organize on delete the notes created by the system?
I'm sorry, but I don't understand your question. I <think> you might be asking about search results being "highlighted" (which is different than a highlighting note). The "system" doesn't create highlight notes. Perhaps a screenshot would be instructive.
Thanks JT - I believe what I am talking about is highlights! Are the permanent sometimes they are clutter for me! can they be managed?
Greg, if what you're saying is that you don't want to see your highlights within the Notes tool, then simply select "Notes" from the Type facet at the top of the sidebar.
