I wish that Logos had a method to enter a serial number for when someone purchases a disk of content. I just got the MacArthur Lifeworks 2 from Nelson. Had to wait 25 minutes on hold. Would save Logos money and me time if this was automated.

I wholeheartedly agree that we should not have to keep L3 installed for the sole purpose of entering serial numbers. If we had the ability to enter serial numbers into L4, we could save lots of customer service phone call time & money, and save customers headache and discouragement.
This would be a very welcome feature in L4.
A lot of users maintain their Version 3 installations for the sole purpose of installing third party resources. Having this capability would allow them to finally delete Version 3. I
