BUG: Resource Context Menu doesn't remove deleted NoteBook
Steps to replicate:
- Open ESV
- create a "Word Study (Original Language)" workflow on ברא and populate the first question.
- Close the workflow
- Open the NoteBook for this workflow
- Delete this NoteBook
- Delete the started Workflow
- Right-Click on any word in the ESV
- Verify that the "Word Study (Original Language)" NoteBook is still available for the word ברא on the Context Menu
It only get removed after you close the notebook. Shouldn't the open resource or context menu handle the delete event automatically?

Is this still an issue for you? I'm not able to reproduce this, if the notebook has been deleted it doesn't show up in the context menu for me.

When I leave the Notebook open to keep on working it's still an issue. When I close the Notebook it disappears.
