Does anyone know the significance of the different sizes of the various resource covers in the "New Tab" pane? Does it have to do with relevance?
What software version on what platform are you seeing this? Do you have any scaling set? My beta on a PC with default scaling has all covers the same size.
Windows
Logos Bible Software 8.10 SR-1
8.10.0.0032
That's strange Robert. Is program scaling set to 100%?
Content scaling - 90%
Program scaling - 80%
But the problem persists with everything at 100%.
If you set everything to 100% and then restart Logos, does it still persist?
Setting scaling to 100% and restarting did not help...
Hi Robert,
Please use the instructions in this article that are under the heading Repair apps and programs to repair Logos.
If the problem still persists, please use these instructions to make sure that Windows is up to date. Please use the Update now button.
Please post again in this thread if this problem persists after Windows is up to date.
I did both those things...
I am now running:
Edition: Windows 10 Pro
Version: 1909
Installed on: 12/26/2019
OS Build: 18363.535
... and the problem persists.
I am sorry to hear that, Robert.
I am sending you an email.
All in all it's a small problem and you are always more than helpful! Thank you for such great customer service.
I followed up with Logos support and they were unable to figure it out. It's not that important but I do wonder why I am the only one having this issue.
That's strange. Are you saying that they have given up trying to fix it or that they have not been able to fix it yet? I would venture a guess that it is on their list to solve this problem even if they were not initially able to do so.
It can be a distraction because it's hard not to let my eyes be drawn to the larger icons, but I've learned to live with it. I just wanted you to know you're not the only one with the issue.

It sounded like there was nothing more they could do on my end. I don't know what's causing it, but I suspect a change in the software would fix it. They said they see more problems like this on Surface devices... My advice to Logos would be to get a Surface device to test their software on!
