Trouble Recovering Deleted Documents
I'm having two problems recovering files today and am wondering if this is the way it is supposed to work or is something wrong?
I had some regrets after deleting a few collections and a single note today so I thought that I would go to documents.logos.com and recover them.
The first problem is when I recovered the collections and reopened Logos, the collections were there but there were no rules or anything so the collections were empty. This makes recovering the collections not worthwhile if you can't remember what rules you had set. This picture is a test that I deleted and recovered. When deleted, I had some rules set.
Second, when I attempted to recover the note, it was not there. Actually, there is not even an option to recover notes in the drop down list. It was not in a notebook. Shouldn't there be an option to recover deleted notes? Am I missing something?

Collection - I can replicate the deleted collection problem, which may be a bug.
Notes - At the very bottom left of the Notes tool there is a little 'Trash' button where you can find the notes and notebooks that have been deleted.

Thanks for confirming the collections issue. I'll give it a little while to see if Faithlife responds to this post. If not, I'll start a new thread to try and grab their attention.
