Creation date for notes

Surely this has been asked about before, but I can't find it via search.
Is there any way to view the creation date of Notes (rather than just how long ago they were created, e.g., 3 months, 1 year, etc)? And a separate date for when Notes were last modified? Why is this so elusive?

If you hover your cursor over the 3 months / 1 year / etc indicator you will get a popup showing actual creation date and last saved date
