BUG: Inconsistent Linked Tab Behavior

Android 8.10.0 Beta (But this problem is not particular to Beta)

It took me a while to understand the behavior of linked tabs in the mobile App. I think I understand how it is working, and I want to suggest an improvement.

The problem is that the active tab and the linked tab have inconsistent "active verse" locations. The active tab sets the active verse as the verse that is at the very top of the tab (whether or not the navigation pane is blocking it). The linked tab moves the active verse to below where the navigation pane would be (whether or not the navigation pane is visible).

This inconsistency leads to some undesirable behavior. For example, if I scroll in one window, and then scroll in the linked window, the first window moves backward. Also, if I scroll backward so the navigation pane is visible, the active verse is obscured in the active window so it is possible for the linked tabs to have no visible verses in common!

See the screenshots below for further explanation.

My suggestion is to have a consistent location for the active verse. It should be the top visible verse when dragging is complete. (But should not change if you tap to turn on or off the navigation bar).
