Crash / Bug? - MacOS Catalina - Exporting

For reasons still unknown to me as to why, I thought it would be fun to try and export my library to an excel (XLS) document.  I opened the library menu, did a Cmd-A and selected the print/export option in the 3 dot menu thing (snowman?).

My first sign that something was off was the preview wasn't showing.  I then exported to excel and it only sent over 1200 or so books and then Logos froze up and I had to force quit.  Excel seemed to run fine and didn't freeze but again it only had a fraction of my library in it from what I could tell.

Any thoughts as to what the issue is?  Is there a better way to export your library to an excel sheet?  I haven't tried this on PC yet so I don't know if it is a Mac or PC issue.

Also, I setup my logos so all of my books should be downloaded but I couldn't find a filter option to tell if some were cloud and some were not.  Am I just not finding it or is there a way to see if something isn't downloaded?

Use the Sidebar to filter on Devices > Not on this device. If you don't see it, then all resources are on This device.

Thank you Dave! First suggestion was a reboot.  After that I did the same thing and instead of opening a new sheet, saved one instead on my desktop and it seems to work now.

Now that I have your eyeballs, do you know why I can't export to iCal for my reading plan?

I don't have iCal. It would be best to start a new thread with a full description.
