Workflows - Can they be updated once public?
I am about to make public my new workflow that builds on my decade old series on sermon planning with Logos. Before I post, I have a question. Once the workflow is shared, what happens if I make edits or corrections or updates? Do those updates get pushed out to all existing users of the workflow? Or do changes only impact new users?

Currently, it will update only your copy. If you want to publish those updates to other users, you'll need to either do that at documents.logos.com (look for and click on the broken link icon) or unshare/reshare within Logos (I think this works but would need to verify to be sure). Then, users who already have a copy will need to go to documents.logos.com to get your updates. I forget if they see the same broken link icon or something different.

do I also need to rename it?
Don't rename it - it must have the same name to show as an update/indicate that one doesn't have the current version. It works like all the other documents - the end user must check periodically if they have the latest copy. For commonly used documents such as Mark Barnes' commentary selections, a notice is sometimes put in the forums.

Thanks Phil and MJ for the help. I have uploaded a public workflow titled, 5 Day Planner for Expository-Narrative Sermons, here https://fl.vu/f68zc9
