BUG or not?
I search the Factbook for "Angel of the Lord" to check what verbs refer to him as an Agent. Opening in "Semantic Roles" the list "As Agent" I found that in Judges 13:10 the search hits only "the man who came to me" but not "he appeared to me" although his appearance is tagged in 6:12. Is this a mistake or am I doing something wrong?

The angel of the Lord is a specific title in theological terms. Not every angel within the OT is seen as the Angel of the Lord. That is a role reserved for angels specifically referred to as (מַלְאַ֣ךְ יְהוָ֑ה) where the divine name, the Tetragrammaton, is used as the modifier. The angel in Judges 13:10 is not tagged as 'Angel of the Lord' because it is referred to as (מַלְאַךְ֩ הָאֱלֹהִ֨ים) in 13:9 so it doesn't meet the specific criteria.
If you look in most bible dictionaries, they will spell out the reasoning for this interpretive distinction.0 -

Your right. I didn't look at the agent tagging. I added this tag, and it should show up after the next update cycle.

When I search for "מַלְאַ֣ךְ יְהוָ֑ה" NOT INTERSECTS <Person Angel of the Lord>, there are 14 instances where this phrase is not tagged in LHB. And there are many instances where <Person Angel of the Lord> is applied to other phrases, as shown by <Person Angel of the Lord> NOT INTERSECTS "מַלְאַ֣ךְ יְהוָ֑ה" e.g. "angel of God" in Gen 21:17; 31:11.
