I'm having problems reproducing this. What version of the app are you running (i.e. 8.10 SR-1)? You find this out by clicking on About Logos Bible Software in the Help Menu.
I am using 8.10 SR-2 (8.10.0.0034). Program and Content Scaling are set to 100%. Here again some overlaps in the Word-Study
