I don't think so. This is a separate resource so the second will not replace the first. It is my understanding that this offer is for a limited time.

No. You'll have to buy the free version now. From what I've seen it is a limited time deal so grab it for free (if you own the 1st one) now.

I have the digital edition of the first edition of the Lexham English Septuagint (LES) and very much appreciate Faithlife providing the second edition at no cost to us.
Just in case people have not received an email from Faithlife here's the text of an email I received today (19 January 2020):

I didn't see an email, but just clicked on the link at the top of this thread. The price was zero, I put it in the cart, and 0 it remained. Just reporting.

The print version seems to drop the text brackets (for text notes) and italics (for implied words). I wonder if the Logos version will as well.
Also, what does this mean: The second edition of the LES makes more of an effort than the first to focus on the text as received rather than as produced. Because this approach shifts the point of reference from a diverse group to a single implied reader, the new LES exhibits more consistency than the first edition.
