Add Take a Note to Selection Popup

When I select a passage I would love to see the "Take a Note" button that we get in the right-click menu in that new pop up that shows things like highlighting etc.

What's the difference between what we get in the right-click and the note button in the selection pop-up? The selection pop-up note button adds a note to the verse in the current translation. So it adds a note to John 3:16 in the ESV. The right-click "Take a Note" item will add a note to the verse that shows up in any translation. I would love to see that added to the pop-up menu.
