Adding "Exhaustive Dictionary of Bible Names" to "Biblical People" application

It would be very helpful to add or change the dictionary resources in the Biblical People and Biblcal Places applications. I make frequent uise of "Smith, S., & Cornwall, J. (1998). The exhaustive dictionary of Bible names" to see what I can learn about the meaning of place or people names.

I tried moving the Exhaustive Dictionary of names to the highest priority position in the library, but it doesn't seem to affect the dictionary choices in the Biblical People or Places application.

I use this names dictionary so much that I put it in my right-click menu for English data type in version 3. I wish I could do that in version 4. Hopefully with a later release this will be added back.
