Can I enter a passage and get a report listing all the words in that passage and how many times each was used?
Yes.
Create a new Word List document from the Document Tab
Enter the desired passage where I have Acts 11 entered in the screen shot below
Once the Word list is populated you can right click one of the column headers and select or deselect columns.
You can also reorder the columns as desired
The concordance tool would be my first choice.
