Android: Reading Plans not Showing in Resource
I'm pretty sure I saw a thread on this recently but I can't find it.
In the last couple days the reading plan start/end bar disappeared from all my resources on my phone. They do display on the home page.
I updated to the latest version, but it didn't fix the problem. Rebooting didn't help either.
Phone is a Redmi 5 with Android 8.1.0..., if that matters.

Ah, I see this is a syncing problem. I flipped back in the book and found the bars back a few days earlier than they should be. Opening the reading plan document, I see it's not syncing the days I checked off on the desktop. Restarting the app and pressing the sync now option didn't do anything to rectify it.
I hate syncing problems. It's probably going to be an enormous headache to fix.
Just to verify: did to check to make sure that the Visual filter was turned on?

I wonder if there is a general synching issue (maybe reading plan specific) with the Android app
There was a report at https://community.logos.com/forums/t/187747.aspx and I've just noted that a segment from a plan I read this morning on my iPad hasn't been updated on my Android app but it has on my iPhone.

Yes, I knew that. My question is no longer valid to your situation (because you found out that it was a syncing issue), but it was still a good and valid one. If the reading plan (visual filter) switch is turned off, then the reading plan markers won't appear. On iOS this appears under "view settings." I assume it is in the same place on Android.

No, not in the Android app. I don't think the term "Visual Filter" is used anywhere in its interface.

Well, I've gone ahead and reported the problem with logs as described in the stickied post, so hopefully this will get some attention.

Thanks, I got an email from CS. Both of the plans I'm using on the phone started syncing but it took a long time--as in, one synced yesterday, one finally did today. Don't know what's going but I don't have time to experiment further right now.
