I'm trying to do a search to find out all the places in the Gospel of John and then also all four Gospels of where the Jewish leaders plot/try to kill Jesus. Can you please help? Thank you.

If you have a Logos package, the "Composite Gospel: Parallel Passages" resource should be included in your search result. That should be what you're looking for. I hope that helps!

I think that it is best to use the Bible Browser to find out this kind of information. You can choose the NT book of John and then type the word plot or apprehend to come up with the sense of plotting or apprehending Jesus. (See below).You can change the focus to gospels and then do the same thing.
