When i click on the 3 bars to open or close the sidebar in the library, the icon changes color but nothing happens to the library. Toggling this icon seems to have no effect other than to change its color.

That often indicates that the column is too narrow to see. Try enlarging the screen and see if a column becomes visible for resizing. - I'm not a Mac person so my terminology may be wonky.

Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

Thank you, MJ. That was the problem. Not sure how it got shrunk, but all is good now.

John, what did you actually DO to unshrink that column? I'm on a MacBook Pro with Logos 8 and all are up-to-date.  Thanks.

I made thr app full screen and then i futzed (technical term) with the curser on the co;umn heading bar all the way to the left. Eventually i could get it to show a bar with an arrow pointing to the right. When the cursor does that, click and drag it to the right. It took a while.

BTW, i absolutely would never have made the column that small, in fact, i never have adjusted it at all to my knowledge. I think this came as a quirk in the app with 8.10 SR-2. At least i had never seen this issue before that.
