I've noticed several typos in the Second Edition already (Print and Digital appear to be the same). For example, and this is only one, "the the" can be found in Genesis 10:25, Exodus 14:9, 2 Chronicles 6:18, Psalm 18:7, Daniel 3:34, and 2 Maccabees 10:5. I dont want to be critical, but these should have been caught during proof reading by the editoral team.

At least they fixed "and and" in 2 Maccabees 13:26 which is good because I can't seem to report typos in the first edition.

I think i am understanding more and more the importance of the LXX. Habbakuk 3:2 for example. This is really fantastic.

I received a new version of the 1st ed text and RVI today but nothing yet for the 2nd. They haven't fixed 2 Maccabees 13:26's double "and" but I discovered that if I highlight only one "and" I can report it as a typo. Very strange.

For those that got the free upgrade I’m hearing word that the interlinear won’t be free. Why they would give us the book for free and not the interlinear is beyond me. I could be wrong but I believe this is the plan.

I'm assuming that is true because I own the second edition, but not the interlinear. I would like to have it but will probably wait and see if it is included in an upgrade down the road.

Currently, speaker labels are available in the "Deuterocanon/Apocrypha" sections of both editions of the LES. This information was readily available because of a related project completed some time ago.
However, they are not currently available for "Hebrew canon" sections. Perhaps we may be able to add this into a future version, but it is not currently being worked on.

The speaker/addressee comes along because of an associated reverse interlinear, it is not done on each text individually. As Joe said, the work for the deueterocanon/apocrypha material was done earlier (when we completed clause search functionality for the deuterocanon).

Thank you both. I hope one day they get added as I’d rather use the LES for speaker searches rather than another septuagint. What I was trying to accomplish was an intersect search of speaker God and the Greek for I AM. I was shown in another post that I would need to do it in a different LXX.

I understand you are talking about the reverse interlinear, right? Those never show up in the library (only for Denise: Libronix, i.e. Logos 3.x was the last version to do so) but when you open the resource you will see an interlinear button active. Also the resource information will have the RI's support info given at the last position way down.
Your Logos 8 should have a blue button with a number in it on the top right - the one that gives info about new program updates and updated resources. This should have your RI under updated data sets.

Ok, thank you much Denise, NB & Dale—however, I opened the resource, but still not seeing anything like a blue button, RI, etc.
I went to every tab I could find, but no dice.
I should clarify that I am attempting this on my iPad Pro, but still nothing.
I reallyyyy hope this isn’t going to be one of those moments where I unwittingly place my tech-handicaps on full display😳🤨.
Going back to work w. it a little more.

If you go to the bottom of the information panel, you should see some dataset info that will say if the RI is on the device ... IIRC

Thank you MJ, but, again, I cannot even locate the information panel (not even sure what that is?) for either of these sources, as per Graham’s screenshot. I don have anything like that on my iPad for the Lexham LXX 2nd ed.—and for the life of me I cannot find the reverse interlinear absolutely nowhere in either the LXX 2nd ed., nor in my library.
Perhaps it’s just me, but certainly doesn’t seem like it should be this difficult to locate a resource that shows as “you already own this product”😏. I’ve done everything y’all have told me to do, but still nowhere to be found.

This information doesn’t appear in the iPad apps (sorry, I didn’t get understand you were looking there)
If you long-press a word and select Lookup do you get original language info? If so, the reverse interlinear is there
