Sermon editor not syncing to mobile app
I've been using the sermon editor since it came out, making sure my tablet synced up correctly before leaving for church so I could just preach from my Logos sermon document on my tablet. I keep the software on my Windows 10 computer, and both my Android devices (Samsung Galaxy tablet and phone) updated also, without getting into the beta stuff.
Yesterday, I noticed that neither my tablet nor my phone Logos app synced up to get my sermon notes. So, I had to use a printed version to preach from (felt a little odd after a few years of preaching from a device).
When I got back, I reinstalled the Logos app on my phone to see if that took care of it, but it only partially synced my sermon (the heading and first paragraph). My tablet still has not synced although the sermon document is uploaded in its full completed form in the web app. I attempted the "shift-sync" that had been mentioned in previous posts, but that had not worked either.
I'm not sure what else to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

A couple of questions for you:
-Have you tried using the "Sync" button in the Hamburger menu?
-Can you confirm that your changes saved on Desktop? If have a chance, use Report a Problem to send logs (where we can maybe see if you're having sync issues). Feel free to send them to me at daniel.dibartolo@faithlife.com

Thank you for the reply.
In answer to your questions, I have used the "Sync your data" option in the android devices but it does not seem to work either.
I can confirm the work on the desktop has been saved due to restarting the program and then being able to pull it up again without any issues. Also, it appears in full in my documents on the web app.
I just sent you the log files, both from my android phone and tablet, one after being reinstalled but still not syncing, and the other one not having been reinstalled.
Let me know what you find and what I need to do.
Thank you very much, Ben

I tested it again by starting a brand new document in the sermon editor on my desktop, completing the file information section at the top and then syncing the program. I checked the web app within a couple minutes and the document was already there. I checked the apps on both mobile devices a few minutes later and neither one had synced the document. Help please.

Update:
Updated both mobile apps on phone and tablet to the newly released 8.11 stable version and there is no change.

I am not experiencing this same problem. On my iPhone, I can see my old sermon documents but not new ones. I deleted logos from my iPad Pro and reinstalled it. Now it shows no sermon documents at all. The sync button under the hamburger menu does nothing to resolve the issue. Did you all ever come up with a solution?

Hi Logan - and welcome to the forums
What version of the app do you have? 8.12.4 was released yesterday to fix a problem with sermon doc synching.

The new version seems to have fixed the issue. The mobile app sync is working for now. Thank you.

I am having this issue as well. My app says it's updated on April 30th, but for weeks now I have had no ability to sync my sermons any more.
Yes the sermons are saved on the desktop.
Yes the desktop is syncing and the arrows stop spinning to show they are done syncing
Yes I have manually synced my phone and my kindle.
The last sermon that synced was from April 18th.
I have sent you an email Daniel via the report a problem button on my phone.
Sarcasm is my love language. Obviously I love you.

Hi Nicholas - and welcome to the forums
After reinstall, no docs are available.
How long did you want after reinstall?
Are no docs of any type available?

It has been a couple of days. I saw in a FAQ that it could take awhile and I do have a ton of docs from writing sermons. I do have two documents that are clippings. Nothing else though.
