I am trying out the Devotional Workflow and the first screen says that you can choose a reading plan for the workflow but I don't know how.

Your devotional reading can come from a Reading Plan that provides bible passages each day for a period of time, and manually create a Devotional Workflow for that passage.

If you don't have a Plan, click on the words "choose a reading plan" in the first screen, which is a link to creating a Reading Plan document. Select Generate a Reading Plan and go from there.

Yes.  I know all of that.  I you CAN do it.  I don't know HOW to do it.

When you click the Create Reading Plan it just takes you to create one.  It doesn't link it to the Workflow...and there's no obvious way to choose the Reading Plan as your text for the Workflow.  You have to type in a bible reference instead.

I don't know HOW to do it.

"While you began this workflow by selecting a Bible passage, you may not want to spend your limited devotional time on choosing a passage to read every day. Instead, choose a reading plan that you stick with for a longer period of time."

The intention was not to link a Plan to the Workflow - but I see the ambiguity in the wording. Instead of manually choosing a passage each day, you can use a Plan to provide the passage and then manually create a Workflow for that passage.

Oh well that's dumb.  IMHO of course.

Yes I guess I ASSUMED that since you can type in the text reference and it shows it right there that if you selected a reading plan it would also be able to be "connected" and show right there as you click each days verse.

No biggie I guess really but would be nice.
