Word list functions

I appear to me brain-dead this evening. Is it true that the only thing we can do with word lists is to print them and practice them with the paper cards?

I thought I remember basic functions as in the free Anki software.

    Word Lists automatically sync to the free Flashcards app on mobile devices, which works like a bare bones version of Anki
