Does anyone know how to create a link in a book to another book?  Also can we correct or change a link that is already present in a book, that links to another book?

You would put this link into a Note - or a Community Note if you want it to be available to your Faithlife group - that you attach to the point where you want to link out. You'd use the key-link symbol in the note editor. What you put into it, the link destination, you'll get when you open the kebap menu (three vertical dots to the top right of the resource's tab) of the resource location you want to link to and use the Copy location as... URL functionality.

Does this help? Do you need pictures?

No, not directly. You could report this as a typo (on the bottom on the right-click menu) and explain the issue in the comments box.

Thanks for the reply Levi.  I have done that but I get the feeling that it may not get corrected?  Probably just me.  Do you know of any of the Lexham Research Commentaries being updated?

okay. I found a quick example: I own Forlines' "The quest for truth" - to the right in the screenshot- in its foreword it says that this book is a major revision of Forlines' earlier Biblical Systematics which I own in Logos, too, - shown left - but which is not linked. If I want to link to it, I select text in the book where I want to link to, then open the kebap menu from the top right corner of the resource tab and use Copy Location as...URL

This puts the link destination into the computer's clipboard.

In the book where I want the link to appear, I select text and then choose "take a note" from the context menu, which opens the Notes tool and creates a new note. I simply pasted the link and hit space afterward for good measure (green markup). Alternatively I could select text in the note and use the chain-link button and then insert the link destination in the small text box - this works a lot like what I did with the forum editor to insert the two book links above, which are just the same Location as URL (i.e. ref.ly format). The link is active in Logos as you can see from the mouse-over.

     Hope this helps!
