Highlight to become note icon?

Is there anyway for me to highlight and anchor that highlight to a verse without it highlighting the verse?  I'd like to be able to highlight a commentary, anchor it to a verse and then it show up with an icon like my other notes.

    Sure, but a highlight without highlight but with a note icon instead would be simply a note. You can turn off the highlight and turn on the note indicator for existing highlights in the Notes tool. Or did I misread your question?

    I did not realize I had the "No icon" chosen when I highlight.  This is perfect.  Thank you!
