Kyle: Resource with TOC showing the index as if it were the content

For this resource:

The TOC links to the index at the back of the book:

Note the index is in calendar sequence - the TOC showing the months in the index. And just to "make my day" the index entries are not linked to their entry in the book itself.

The Table of Contents in the volume itself shows the months, the last month starting on page 731. This printed Table of Contents is also not linked to the actual book.

And yes, the book clearly marks the start of each day so that the links can be made.
