For some reason, my resources are not automatically downloading. The new ones I picked up today show up in my library but it also says they are not downloaded. Not sure how to figure out what is going on

Based on your screenshot you have downloads set to go between "midnight" and "midnight." That doesn't leave much time for the downloads to occur. [;)]
FWIW - Many of us have chosen to turn off "automatically start downloads" so that we can choose when they occur. If you do so, you will use the command update now.

Actually that's the same setting I have and new resources download 24/7 when detected by Logos.

I have never changed that setting, its factory as far as I know. When I update it should automatically bypass that, it doesn't. My other computer seemed to download them like normal. It's just something going on with this computer. I have rebuilt index hoping that made a difference and scanned my logos folder. Weird. A techie will want logs, else contact FL by phone or email.

This computer crashed last week. So maybe it has something to do with that. Here are my logs if anyone can guide me 1351.cef.zip

Actually, setting downloads to go between "midnight" and "midnight." is perfectly fine. This simply means that the program has permission to download anytime of day or night, without restriction.

Start Logos with CTRL key held and sign-in. Leave it as a blank window for a few minutes and try the command update resources.
In Library, open the sidebar. Under Devices, click on Not on this device. If you select them all and right-click over one, you can Download all of them.
Restart Logos as normal and see if there are any problems.
