Indexing Stuck at 0%

Logos was about halfway through indexing (46%) when I had to restart my computer. Now it is at stuck at 0%. How do I get Logos to start indexing again? I've tried "pause indexing" and "restart", but that doesn't work.

Quit Logos. Using Activity Monitor (Mac OS) or Task Manager (? Windows) kill the Logos Indexer and restart Logos. If that doesn't fix the problem, the real techies will need logs.
