Is it possible for me—as one who just uses the free Logos Bible app on my iPad—to print out, or in some other way, copy them to another app so that I might print them?

We currently do not support printing on our mobile apps. This is a much-requested feature that may be available in the future.
It looks like you are also using our Desktop software. You probably already know this, but you certainly can print your notes from there.
