Missing scroll bar in Notes panel
Was it just my imagination or wasn't there a scroll bar in the notes panel? I thought I could scroll in this section. I'm on 8.12.

Is it a disappearing scroll bar (only visible when active)?

I discovered that mousing over the area would show a tiny sliver of a scroll bar it I stopped in the right place. But it is not as it should be. I also discovered that it must have something to do with my laptop. On my desktop it is rendered just fine. I'll look into it from that angle.

Do you have scaling turned on (either in Logos or within the OS)?

Program and content scaling is set to 100% in Logos. I've never changed that setting. I turned off Hide Scroll Bars in Windows, but to no effect. The scroll bars in other panels in Logos display, but not the one in the Notes panel. I'm on a Dell laptop with a 15'' screen. I'm pretty sure the scroll bar displayed correctly before.
