I am new to Logos' media tools but to me it does not seem as easy to use or have the variety of fonts and tools in PowerPoint. Is there a good tutorial video to help me with this?
see https://support.logos.com/hc/en-us/articles/360016143431-Media-Tool
I watched that video, it wasn't helpful for what I was looking for. If the tools in Logos are not easy to use then I don't see how getting into the whole suite of Faithlife software will be helpful.

Can you expand on what you are looking for?
The Media Tool - specifically - is mainly a way of finding / getting access to different media resources in your library.
But you seem to be looking for something different.
Please advise.
With Power Point I get a wide selection of fonts, shadows, outlines, and such but if I want to import a picture into Logos or even just use what's there it seems very limited.
So you are trying to CREATE images, correct?
As Graham said, the Media tool in Logos is a catalogue of existing artwork and videos. One can think of it like an index to a scrapbook. Nobody expects a scrapbook to do what a camera does. It is a collection of the output from the camera.
Are you talking about the PROCLAIM program? That program is intended for media creation and distribution. [yes, it is different than PowerPoint, but it includes some of the features of that program]
We are looking at the Faithlife package which includes proclaim but I have not tried proclaim myself yet
It’s well worth trying Proclaim - it isn’t PowerPoint, and doesn’t try to be, but it has some very useful features for building slides for use in worship services and elsewhere
Thank you everyone!
