Hi there.

I find myself using the Text Comparison tool more and more. BUT, I'm battling to get the abbreviations of the different translations right.I'm an Afrikaans user from South Africa. I know NIV (New International Version), ESV (English standard version) and so on.

I urgently need to know/learn the different letters by which I call up the different Afrikaans versions.

Will appreciate any pointers.

Thanks.

Deon

    Library has Abbreviated Title column:

Titles & Abbreviated Titles can be customized so my purchased library convention begins with Year and Language letter:

Text Comparison (TC) of a collection sorts alphabetically using Title (while TC displays default Abbreviation):

Thank you so very much. I just checked and the column in my Library for Abbreviations was not ticked.

I ticked it and moved it next to the Book name.

How do I customise the Title and Abbreviation? UPDATE: I managed to do it. Thank you very much. Really appreciate your help.

God bless and stay healthy. Deon
