I have access to the ESV Bible on my mobile Logos App, but not on my desktop Logos program. It seems like it is the case with a few other resources as well. Is there a reason for this?

Yes - due (I believe to licensing arrangements) some resources are available to access (but not download) on the mobile apps but they need to be purchased to be made available in the desktop version.
