visual copy problems
I'm having issues with Visual Copy. It will work for the first 1-3 minutes after I run Logos, but after that point, it won't work. The floating window opens, but no matter how long I wait, nothing populates.

Log indicates you had errors stating you could not get items from the Media Service. There were problems with the Visual Copy host (Faithlife).
This may be a temporary glitch with Faithlife server.

This has been unfortunately happening for several weeks now. Honestly, I think it's problem with my ISP. We have satellite internet and demand for use is way up.
