iPad Collection Search Only Searches Bible
I have a collection that includes all journal articles that I can access. I can do the search below for the entire library and it correctly searches all text and all books. But if I change from entire library to Journals it only searches biblical text. My collection of journals does not include Bible text. I thought I might click the “All Passages” option and change to “All Text,” but the only options under all passages relate to Bible subsets.

I get correct behavior. Are you sure your journal collection includes journals? You can check that on your desktop/laptop version of Logos
There is something funky going on because under "Journals" you shouldn't get a Range selector unless somehow you entitled some Bibles "Journals"

What heading is over the "Journals" collection in the dropdown to the right of Search? Is it under "Collections"?

Journals is under the Collections heading.
Thank you for showing the example above where it seems to work correctly for you. When I have access to a desktop again I will check my journals collection.0 -
I checked the journals collection and it does not include any Bibles. I also ran the search above on the desktop computer using the same parameters and the search worked as expected. Something is obviously different with the iPad. One of the journal titles is Bible and Spade. I wonder if the iPad is misinterpreting that as a Bible. I would not think so but I do not see any other possibilities at this point.

I am having similar problems with several of my collections. Would be nice if Logos would allow you to manually disable the ”range” feature. Anyone find any other work around options?
