Logos (desktop Mac) date does not refresh if Logos stays open over night

I frequently leave Logos open over night.  Next morning when I come to use it, Logos still thinks it's the previous day when it comes to reading plans and courses.  (I have not noticed whether a note created would be created as if it were the previous day, but I don't think that happens.)  Does anybody know how to get Logos to refresh the date so its current, other than shutting down and restarting?  I already have that process down; I'm wondering if there is something more elegant.

There may be an answer to this somewhere, but I haven't found one and cannot come up with a useful search string.

Try F5. Or you could do what I do and avoid the home page altogether. [;)]

(I, like you, don't spend much time on that homepage.  There is so much more that could be done with it to make it a powerful dashboard!) I don't do this from the home screen, but from a reading-plan panel on my layout.  I was very excited to try your suggestion, but F5 didn't do the trick. It's a strange phenomenon. I just re-started Logos.
