Print footnotes with a resource

I want to print a few pages of the Greek New Testament along with the text critical footnotes. None of the footnotes show up when I do the print preview. They also do not show up when I am viewing this resource in Logos even though I have selected Show Footnotes on Page. How can I print this resource with the footnotes?

    Is this the version of the GNT that links to the text-critical footnotes in a different resource? If so, there's no way to combine the two resources for display in a single panel, or for printing.

    Sadly this is the case in the recent editions of the Greek New Testament. The only exception I can find is the SBL edition, which does not have a full textual apparatus.

    I guess I cannot give up my printed Greek New Testament yet.
