How to save a compact list of phrase occurences

After searching for the phrase "tent of meeting" in BHW 4.18 I now have a compact list of all the texts where the phrase is found.
Q: How do I now save them to a document that is not a huge column?

The column I referred to is the result of selecting List and Compact in Passage List
