KYLE, PHIL ... re: Classic Hymnal and Songbook Collection (13 vols.)
I just downloaded a very nice set of resources that I have anxiously waited for for quite some time: Classic Hymnal and Songbook Collection (13 vols.). Because of numerous posts throughout the years, I have anticipated coding compatible with Faithlife Music on new FL resources. To find that these do not appear to be tagged as hymns is disappointing to put it politely.
To add to my disappointment, the new resources also do not appear to be tagged to appear in the Music section e.g. a Music Guide on Psalm not bring up 1332 in Beecher, Henry Ward. Plymouth Collection of Hymns and Tunes for the Use of Christian Congregations. New York: A. S. Barnes & Company, 1859. And yes, I checked the status to insure that indexing was complete.
I do care that the numerous hymns I have in Logos/Verbum specifically for scriptural and theological study be accessible by author, meter, passage, theme, ... As I have nearly Logos 230 books of hymns and considerably more with scattered hymns so this is not a small matter to me..

Let me add that the scanning quality is smudgy and broken--which is not a small matter to me.
I keep thinking "How much did I pay?" and then, "Carta?"

Classic Hymnal and Songbook Collection (13 vols.).
“These volumes feature lyrics and musical notation for thousands of hymns “
6 with musical notations
5 with no musical notation [remember that the book of Psalms does not come with notations]
2 with some musical notationHave not yet had time to see what I can use.
[as my next scheduled calling as special music was to been May 9 I have time to see what I can find useful]

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, Lynden, I have reported this.

I'm not sure what you mean by this. They're appearing as hymnals for me:

I'll have to look into that. Based on my results it doesn't have anything to do with this collection in particular but could be related to how we generate results for hymnals.

You should have included the Muggletonian hymn book:
HUNDRED AND TWENTYSEVENTH SONG.
(TUNE, ‘Ye Gentlemen of England.’)
You faithful Muggletonians who truly do believe
The doctrine of Muggleton to be the same as Reeve;
Let no wise anti-followers infuse into your ear,
That a prayer, Christ does hear, from us mortals here below.

Note I said "hymns" not "hymnals" by which I meant the basic attribute information contained in hymn labels - think Faithlife music.

This may be true. But for a decade we have heard of features coming for hymns that have been walked back when it comes to actual delivery.
