Bug: OSX Mojave: Small fonts in resources when reopening
Hello all. I have an annoying issue on my Mac which is running OSX Mojave, that has recently started in Logos 8.12.0.0017. You can set the font size for a resource to say '8 ticks over' to make it readable on my monitor. When you close Logos and reopen it, the slider will still be '8 ticks over' but the font size with be tiny. You have to move the slider all the way to the left, then back to the right to get the font size back, for, every, single, resource...
It is a big time waster as I may have a dozen of my favorite resources open and have to tweak every one of them, each time I open Logos. I will attach 2 screenshots, before and after. You can see the font size is set the same in both screenshots but the text is noticeably smaller in one of them. This happens on my desktop and laptop so it is not just the local machine.

Go into tools/program setting and adjust the program and resources scaling up to see if that helps. There may be other bugs introduced if you use anything other than the default 100%, but it will make using most of the program easier to read.

- Under Logos Settings >> Accessibility, what is "content" and "program" scaling set to?
- What are your macOS display settings (a screenshot might be helpful)?
- It may be that this is a macOS 10.14 issue. Is there a reason you haven't updated to 10.15?

No, John is correct. It's located on the Logos menu (preferences), the Tools menu (Program Settings), and the vertical 3-dot menu on the right (Program Settings)!

* Content scaling: I currently have content scaling at 200% and program at 120%. It helped, but on a 3440 x 1440 resolution, I still have to tweak the slider on my system on many resources.
* Why do I still use Mojave: The next OSX upgrade "Catalina" drops support for 32 bit apps. A foolish move by Apple at the moment when 40% of the apps that I use would no longer run on my computer. Many are irreplaceable and in use every day. No thanks.
* You are both right on the settings. You can get to them either way.
* The issue is the inconsistency in Logos. I set the font perfectly, restart and the settings are not applied when reopened. Logos is a tool that you use to work on projects. Your time should be spent working on the project, not the tool.

Interesting! Of course, there is only one Mac-like way to do it, which was my way. [:P]

But it isn't ubiquitous... I can't reproduce the issue. More hunting is required. It could be a 10.14 only issue. It could be related to the specific computers you have... although I do note that you mentioned it happening on two different kinds of devices. It could be related to your content and program scaling within Logos. It could also be related to your scaling in macOS, which you didn't comment on.

Well, it would be a foolish move on your part if those apps are vital, but Apple gave plenty of warning to developers. Apple has always pushed the boundaries for advancements in both software and hardware.
I am a bit worried about their 2021 computers. If they completely drop Intel, we might be in trouble with Logos use... at least for a bit.
