You could prioritize your resources so that the highest prioritized dictionary is the Anchor Bible one. But that is a system-wide setting and not just linked to a specific word.

The closest you can come (as far as I know) to just linking a specific word to a specific dictionary is to create a note on that word and then, within the body of the note, include a link to the Anchor Dictionary article. Then you could hover over the note icon nex to the word, open that note, and go from there to the dictionary.

You need to copy the location of the article as a URL from the resource panel menu and then link that to the word in the note.
