how do I convert Hebrew (or Greek) search results into the equivalent English?

Proverbs has an interesting expression - lacking heart. The NASB says lacking sense in most, maybe all, cases.
I want to do the search in Hebrew and then convert to English.
I don't see any option in the search function.
What can I do? (Besides typing them all out)

Thanks, John
I did a Bible word study. I have a lot of results I tried to copy and paste to a Word document and it sent the picture instead of the verses.
Actually the search was for חֲסַר־לֵֽב, lacking heart. I can't search in English, because they translate heart differently. I could paste it to a new sermon document. That's a waste of time. I can't even type in the passage. I type the passage, the drop down menu has a passage in Sirach, and it inserts that instead.
Grrr!
Not sure what I will do.
Thanks again

If you right-click the arrow to the left of the section header you should get the option to save your results as a Passage List. Then, in the Passage List, you can add in multiple versions as you wish
Does this help?

One idea is proximity search of Hebrew Lemma's or Root's in Hebrew Bible, which can highlight corresponding words in English:
<Lemma = lbs/he/חסר> WITHIN 4 WORDS <Lemma = lbs/he/לֵב>
<Root = lbs/he/חסר> WITHIN 4 WORDS <Root = lbs/he/לֵב>

Thank you. This worked. Not easily. Logos froze and had to close.
One slight problem.
I was looking up the phrase חֲסַר־לֵֽב. Just looking up one word gave me more results than I wanted. In this case, I already know the verses that apply. In a larger study where I don't already know the results, I will have a much longer list that may not be easy to pare down.
I have an old program Bibloi, formerly Bible Windows. I haven't used it in years. Took me about a minute to get this into my Word document. The only drawback is that it's limited on the English versions, so I have the KJV. But I got the English, Greek, Hebrew, and Latin, all verse by verse.
Thanks again. I learned some things here.

Does a simple Bible search - and then adding in additional versions - help?
Apologies - I don't know Hebrew so I might be totally missing your point!

Type in the area outlined in red, choose the Bible and click the arrow on the right
You need to have the Search panel in Verses view.

Oooh, that verses view did the thing. But how can I get this to a Word document?

Try selecting Print / Export from the panel menu

That worked. The formatting needs to work to fit it to my document, but it worked.
Thank you very much. I really appreciate it.
Whew!
