Linking a personal book to scroll with a bible

Is there a way to link a personal book to a bible so that as you scroll the book, the bible scrolls with it, synchronized? Or, vice versa.

I use personal books to make a chapter by chapter bible study. I copy verse commentaries from several different bible commentaries into one personal book. This way I can have different commentaries on the same verse without tabbing between multiple commentaries. This is helpful in the video presentation of the material.

The personal book is filled with working hyperlinks to the bible, so I can usually click on a hyperlink to re sync the bible to the personal book. But every once in a while, I get ahead of myself and have to scroll up or down the personal book till I find a link to a specific verse. Sometimes this becomes a little awkward in the middle of the presentation.

The functionality I am seeking is the same as when I link the purchased commentary to the bible. By linking the 2, I can scroll  up or down through the text in either one. And they are synched verse to verse. Is there a way to make a personal book link and scroll in the same manner? Thanks for any ideas..

You can most certainly do this by tagging your Personal Book to be a destination for the Bible datatype. Basically, you would put tags like [[@Bible:Gen 1:1]] for whatever passage you are discussing. If you want an example of a PB that does this, take a look at https://community.logos.com/forums/t/64765.aspx where there is an actual Bible Commentary that has been turned into a PB.

After this tagging is in the PB, it can be linked to scroll with any other book also tagged - just like any other Logos book.

After a little playing around with where to position the tag, it worked well and served my purpose. Thanks for your response.
