I think it is: https://www.logos.com/product/50313/zondervan-theological-studies-collection can still be put into a cart and bought, even though someone put a box onto the page claiming it was no longer available - seems like a product page bug.

Aside: you may or may not find it coming from this page's author listing, but Jeremy Treat's follow-up book "Seek First" is available from Faithlife (if you're in the US, that is)
